Today was our Midwest Organic Center field day in Marion, Iowa! The event included a tour of our research farm, equipment demonstrations (including a roller-crimper demo), and speeches from prominant scientists and farmers in the region. Attendees got to see our regenerative organic research first-hand and meet our scientists and organic consultants.
