A week of adventure, beach time and a whole lot of doing nothing (my version!!)- which really means reading romance novels and filling pages of a journal with all my hopes, desires and wildest dreams!! Whether it’s from my couch or escaping to an island, I always find setting aside time in the fall for reflection and intention setting so energizing.
