My new favorite combo: @mauroprovisions BBQ Chip Dusted Baby Backs & homemade Challah! Got two beautiful racks from my cugene at @topbutcher.market (seriously, best meat in the neighborhood) then Rubbed overnight in my BBQ Chip Dust. Smoked over apple with 3:2:1 method. 3 hours naked smoke 2 hours wrapped in foil with BBQ sauce, butter & honey 1 hour naked smoke Lightly wrapped and held in beverage cooler nested in some kitchen towels for 3 hours until ready to eat.
