Sanctuary School has been a visioning process in how to make an accessible wellness platform for community and also create an action plan to paying our guest teachers and staff fair rates. I’ve had many internal conversations in the past year about our relationship to investing in our wellness. Let’s be clear Sanctuary School is not another membership platform, this an intentional and sacred container rooted in empowering education for Black women willing, ready and able to do the work for their personal healing, lineage healing and community. Our Scholarship Program was created to support those within our community who desire access to mental health professionals, holistic health professionals, energy healers and ancestral tradition & healing practitioners — but do not have the means to pay. This scholarship fund is for those within our community committed to the journey of healing, growing, learning and unlearning as a individual and a community.
