Happy Meal Prep Sunday Y'all. Are you prepped and ready for the week? 👀 In case you're wondering how I was able to get @chickfila on a Sunday, it's because I bought it on Saturday lol Y'all know I love sharing easy Meal Prep hacks and ideas and today is no different! Yes you can make this on your own, but for those that don't have the time or would prefer an easier option the 30 count grilled nuggets are a game changer! You can add them on top of the kale salad or on top of the Mac and cheese for two different high protein meals! Here’s a breakdown below of everything that I’ll be eating in order to ensure that I have a successful week👇🏾 ♦️ Kale crunch salad w/ grilled nuggets ♦️ Side of Mac and cheese. I'll be adding grilled nuggets, blue cheese, ranch, and buffalo sauce. ♦️ Blueberries ♦️ @Baselinebars protein bars ♦️ @FairLife shakes ♦️ @Dannon Greek Yogurt ♦️ And as always my WATER to stay hydrated!
