Are you ready for Christmas yet? I am heading for the dreaded food shop later and it is one thing that I am looking forward to ticking off my list because then I can make a start on all of the food prep! Tomorrow we will make the nut roast & vegan stuffing for Amy. Thankfully they freeze well so can be made in advance! Then on Friday we will bake some vegan brownies & raspberry & white chocolate blondies leaving just the lemon cheesecake to be made on Christmas Eve along will cooking the turkey & ham & prepping the veg!
