tuesday’s live class was core fundamentals and this exercise resonated with so many people who were having difficulty visualizing (or finding) the neutral pelvis. if you’re curious too, this is a great place to start (but obviously also recommend doing that full class for more details): place one hand (or two in a diamond) on your pelvis. start to tuck and arch the lumbar spine. thoracic and cervical spine stay anchored to the floor. notice how your fingers lift with a tuck and lower with an arch. notice how your thumbs lower with a tuck and lift with an arch. find the spot in between, where your fingers align with your thumbs.
