@pepperpersley is nothing short of incredible! She’s 11 years old, and she’s making waves in broadcast journalism, but I first came across Pepper when she was 7. She attended an Around the Rim podcast recording and asked a few questions. It was great to serve as an inspiration to her that night, but truly, Pepper inspires me.
