The British Consulate General will open a book of condolence to the public in Austin from 11am to 3pm this Thursday 15 September. The book will be available for signing in the Office of the Texas Secretary of State in the Texas State Capitol building (Room 1E.8). For those in Houston and the surrounding areas the book remains available in the lobby of 1301 Fannin St, Houston, TX until 4pm today and from 10am to 1pm Tuesday through Friday.
