NOSE UPDATE:my nose was broken quite badly: crooked septum made me unable to breathe/smell.I decided to fix it +reduce the hump.Surgery was in ‘21.After 2 months I noticed something bad.The nose grew instead of shrinking.From day to day it was getting worse.The nose collapsed.The tip became round and drooping.My hump instead of being slightly smoothed,was completely sheared.They literally cut out my nose bridge.They also left a bruise that I’ll have to remove with laser,it hasn't disappeared after a year.And the septum was not fixed.I had scars from a bad cut and badly placed sutures.I had keloids that hurt for a whole year,especially when I was bending over at work.For months I cried everyday because of this situation.Not only did my nose not fulfill its function,it was ugly,the doctor and the clinic ignored me.I suffered a lot and began to regret it.I was devastated-I still couldn't breathe,my nose didn't look any better. I looked for a new doctor and after consulting many I chose @fahrettin_yilmaz I made an appointment on January 6th.On January 4 flew to Turkey,the next morning had tests and consultation.My nose was in a worse condition than I thought.The inside of my nose was disfigured.In order for it to be stable,I needed a rib cartilage transplant.The doctor checked my nose with instruments from the inside,touched and moved it to assess its condition.Then they taken pictures from every angle,created 3D model,the doctor made visualizations on it.This surprised me the most-the previous doctor barely looked at me from behind the table and did not even touch me.I was in his office for ~4 minutes.New Doctor carefully checked my nose and marked the asymmetry in my face,explained everything.He was clear about what could be done and what couldn’t.After accepting the visualization,I was admitted the next day as the second patient at 9:30AM and after surgery I returned to my room after 5 hours.It was complex cause it turned out that the situation inside was even worse than expected. The most important is that the surgery was successful.I hope that I’ll never need any surgery again,I’ll finally be able to breathe,everything will heal well and I’ll have peace of mind
