Then I thought, ‘why not call this what it is? - a pig head’ The head of a pig contains all the fun - it’s gelatinous, fatty, meaty, cartilagey, & SUPER porky. Cutting that with some beautiful sweet & floral canary melons, light & crunchy celtuce, a little lime, a little chili (in various forms), a peppery bite of watercress, & some @xroadssalts ilocano salt and you’ll forget that you’re eating a face. Unless you’d rather not forget. Come thru & try it! Live a little! We’re running this little ditty the next couple of nights, if you’ll have it.
