Festival Arena Map + Parking Map & Information! We are so excited to welcome Blue Ridge Rock Festival's largest attendance ever this year! With big crowds, comes something all of us hate: Traffic. In preparation for this, we brought in a Festival traffic engineering company (PST Event Engineering - Electric Forest Festival) to work alongside VIRginia International Raceway, VDOT, NCDOT, and Blue Ridge's executive team to formulate the most effective plan to minimize traffic for all. *There are just 2 parking lots this year: The Danville-Pittsylvania County Fairgrounds (Blue Parking Lot) and Bar 119 (Orange Parking Lot). *Both lots are located a few miles away, an intentional decision to eliminate pedestrian walking and strategically distribute vehicular traffic to three (3) locations - these two (2) parking lots for day parkers, and Virginia International Raceway for Campers. *Do not pay or park in any other lot other than the 2 official parking lots. No other parking lots will provide you with access to the Festival. *FREE Shuttle buses will run throughout the day from each of the official lots and (the best part) drop you off right at the Main Entrance to the Festival Arena!! Blue Ridge has contracted a new shuttle company this year and drastically increased the number of buses they will deploy. We have worked extensively with the Shuttle Company to ensure that the amount of shuttles promised will indeed be delivered to keep your Festival Experience running smoothly. *Shuttles buses will be utilizing a separate entrance into VIR's property than the camping entrance, so as to not cross-pollinate those two crowds and further reduce traffic.
