Today I turned 43-years-old. I’m not self-conscious about sharing that number...can we normalize that aging is awesome, please? ♥️ Can we also acknowledge that there is your chronological age, and then other—more important & meaningful—ways of thinking about our precious years on this glorious earth? My body age has to be 34. Ish? 🤩 And my spirit age? Like 27.
