Greek style chicken meatballs 🤤💛☺️ 1. preheat your oven to 400° 2. in a large bowl combine 1 pound ground chicken, 1 egg, 1/4 cup almond flour, 1/4 cup feta, 1 tbs garlic powder, 1 tbs oregano, 1 tbs dried mint, 1 tbs chopped fresh dill, 2 tbs chopped fresh parsley, salt and pepper to taste (herbs and seasonings can be tailored to your liking) 3. bake for 25 minutes 4. to make them a meal, I like to serve with rice, tomato, cucumber, olives, feta, and tzatziki or hummus 5. can be stored in the freezer or fridge for meal prep #whatskitcooking #greekfood #meatballs #recipeshare
