Captured on the move from NYC to LA. I’ve lived in 7 cities, 4 states and 3 countries to date but I’ve never been more excited for a new horizon and a fresh start. This year has been brutal. My sister passed away last Christmas and shortly after that my int’l booking agent was laid off and my manager and I parted ways. All within the span of a month. I turned to my faith, my family and my music and was able to successfully tour Asia, EU and the US. There’s no better lesson in life than seeing who’s with you through hard times. I’ve been learning and growing, working on my new book and diving deep into my newest project “On & On” a jazz tribute to queen @erykahbadu 🙏🏽 I want to say thank you to all of my fans who have showed love and supported me and my label @rainbowblonderecords. I’m blessed to have the best fans in the world, thank you. I’m also grateful to my friends and family who gave me strength along the way - you know who you are! So now I turn the page and start my new chapter in Pasadena with @taalimusic and Rainbow Blonde West. Lots of new music coming and the 5 year anniversary of our label is just around the corner!
