ZAZAZA Grain free dough: 2 1/4 tsp (or one packet) instant dry yeast 1 tbsp honey 1/3 cup warm water 1 cup almond flour 1 1/2 cup tapioca flour 1/2 cup potato starch 1 tbsp coconut sugar 1 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional) 3 room temperature egg whites 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar Bloom yeast in honey and water for 5 minutes. Combine all ingredients and yeast in a bowl and mix until shaggy and slime-like. Cover with a damp town and let sit out for an hour at room temp or overnight in the fridge! Preheat oven to 375F and put dough on a greased baking pan with oiled hands. Bake until light brown (7-8 min) Set oven to 485-500F and put your toppings on then bake again until golden and crispy (8-10). Enjoy!!! Top with 8 tbsp zaatar and 1/3 cup olive oil, sumac, and salt to taste. Thinly sliced tomatoes Crumbled feta and mint after baking.
