There's nothing worse than picking up a baguette and seeing that it's gone stale just a few days later. Do as our cofounder @jdonenfeld and eat half of your bread while fresh and save the other half in the freezer. You'll forget it was ever frozen once you've toasted it up with butter. Other bread tips from Jill: -Thick slices of sourdough are perfect for pairing with tinned fish or your morning toast. -Cube up fresh ciabatta and stick it in the freezer until you're in the mood for croutons. -Thinly slice a baguette for when you have guests over and serve as crostini. We love it with caviar when we're feeling fancy.
