Ok The Gym has been like my “practice facility “ in this session My feet dictate the movement & frequency of my Bounce !! This Neptune’s beat was definitely A dope rhythm to rock too , i chose to ride the triple snare and dive into the beat instead of dancing over the beat ! It’s finding the different sounds and tones in a beat other than the actual Groove to Rock over (Hope fully it makes sence ) #differentfrequencies
