Gutted. Although, very deserved and expected gain this week. Something you may not know about me is that sometimes, I have periods of bad anxiety. It turns up like a bad smell, lingers and outstays it’s welcome! For me, anxiety is one of my triggers and causes me to reach for comfort food. Im still a little foggy so I’m going to take it one day at a time this week, remembering to just be kind to myself. I am hoping that by being so honest, maybe others who feel this way on their wellness journey will feel less alone.
