Born in 1996, Gemma Castro's film is shot with iPhone 11 and features “Holding You, Loving You” by Don Blackman, it is stretched out and edited by Gemma Castro. The artist shares, “I made this film after finding out that my partner of several years who I had known for a decade had a double life. Upon learning this, I was left with many questions. ‘How could I have loved and adored someone so fully for so long without knowing who they truly were? When did they change?'" She experienced the death of an identity, of a story of her life that she had held so close. This love that had become a second skin shed and became a ghost.
