Whe you make this it gets worse before it gets better. Halfway through making it I looked down at the pan and said to Tom ‘eeeeek do you think it looks like sick?’ But keep cooking it the pasta water makes the sauce go nice and glossy and the cauliflower it bulks out the pasta so we didnt need to have a side of veg. It’ll feed 3-4 people or just 2 of us as we’re hungry people. Let me know what you think and what you think of this series? Serves 3-4 1 small cauli, grated 2 tbsp butter Pinch salt 1 garlic clove 1 tbsp butter : 1 tbsp flour = roux 200ml whole milk Squeeze mustard Crack black pepps Half block cheese (I used @blackcowvodka cheddar) Half pack macaroni Mug pasta water 1 tbsp hot sauce Parm Crispy onions Chives 1. Fry cauli in butter with salt, add in chopped garlic 2. Make a well in the centre add more butter and flour and cook out 3. Add milk and mustard & black pepps and allow to thicken slightly, add cheese, pasta and pasta water. 4.
