World Mental Health Day Mental health means something different to each of us. Some of us need medication, some of us don’t. Some of us know the cause of our anxiety or depression, some of us don’t. Sometimes our mental health suffers when big life events affect us, sometimes they affect us when we face a daily task. Mental health is different for all of us but the one thing we can all do about it is talk. Today - on world mental health day, but tomorrow as well and everyday. It’s always ok to talk about mental health.
