It might be dramatic of me, but I had the wind knocked out of me on my lunch break when I saw someone post on my mom’s wall saying they hope she has a great day and is staying safe in 3 whole sentences of well-wishing. My mom has been gone for two years now, the last posts on her page are all family missing her. At least the simple enough “Happy birthdays” are generic enough not to hurt. It’s just absurd to me that if you care enough to wish someone well, that you wouldn’t care enough to know that they’re already gone. #fyp #grief #griefjourney #griefandloss #grieftok
