Sorbet pie, anyone? Bake a store-bought crust or throw some ginger snaps & melted butter in the food processor for crust. Mix up your favorite flavor of sorbet, spoon onto crust, and freeze for a bit. Top with whipped cream or coconut cream. Yum.
