Had a little time off Instagram and my phone in general this weekend. Sometimes it's nice to just indulge in looking after yourself, spending time on skincare and taking care if your insides, not just talking about it. I am consistent about somethings, not others. I've realised that if you see results and it's easy, you stick with it. I've been so consistent with taking @knownnutrition collagen and my skin, hair, joints, nails and bones are very grateful to me.
