Let’s talk about a cocktail style reception! This is where the formal dinner is removed, no assigned seating, no meal selections...just eat + socialize! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ For Katie & Mike's wedding, we created a custom menu with @spottedhencatering to showcase THREE....that’s right THREE waves of food service. We started off the night with a charcuterie station and Mediterranean inspired passed appetizers, then transitioned to our “dinner portion” and offered two stations (flatbread + sliders) accompanied by a new wave of Mexican inspired apps, and we wrapped up with a final wave of Asian inspired appetizers. Since Katie and Mike’s guests came from all over the world, they really wanted to incorporate varieties for their guests to enjoy. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ BUT WAIT...THERE’S MORE!!!
