Getting out of your comfort zone 🤎 The more you do it the easier it gets and you’ll start feeling more comfortable doing it. I know it’s easier said than done but you just have to say fuck it and do it. For me, making videos I know people are watching or taking pictures out in public still gives me anxiety and sometimes I talk myself out of doing things. But I always feel worse when I stop myself than when I push through the discomfort. So take baby steps towards getting out of your comfort zone.
