Tired of landing from a long flight feeling like a zombie? steal my EXACT method ⤵️ ✈️ after countless hours in the air, I've cracked the code to actually enjoying those marathon flights HERE’S the breakdown and SAVE it for later: 🍿 Board the plane, turn a movie ON! 💊 Mid-movie, dinner + an Alka-Seltzer PM or sleep aid. (Disclaimer: Chat with your doctor first, this is just my go-to!) 🥂 SKIP the plane drink (I know it’s hard because you want to enjoy it but honestly it’s always made sleeping much harder), grab a bubbly caffeine-free drink instead! 💤 Movie's done? Time to sleep! Eye mask, ear plugs or headphones, and neck pillow are my go-to’s. If you can’t sleep at least act like it, make your body know it’s time to sleep. 🥐 Wake up, breakfast time! This usually covers a 6-8 hour flight! For 10+ hours?
