HAY - a new candle in collaboration with the completely perfect @perfumerhlondon Working with Lyn to choose the scent was such a great insight into the nuances and creativity of master perfumery. I loved feeling how evocative scent could be and taking inspiration from Somerset to create these candles with her. Hay is something we have in abundance in Somerset and it has become important in our cooking processes at Osip. The smell of hay is reminiscent of all-things warm and cosy; we use it to bring out smoked flavours or a toasted nuttiness in our dishes that reminds you of the beginning of Autumn.
