We’ve been having these bagels for breakfast every day! So yummy so easy! RECIPE: (makes 1 bagel) 1/2 cup flour 1/2 cup cottage cheese 1/4 tsp baking soda Add in of choice - I did frozen wild blueberries clay did raw cheddar Combine all ingredients with wooden spoon or hands - may seem a bit seperated in the bowl but just form dough into a ball then a bagel shape! Bake at 375° for 25 mins Cream cheese spread: • I added a dash of olive oil, honey and sea salt to mine until combined • clay did chives, olive oil and sea salt til combined for his Enjoy! 🥯🫐✨#bagel #proteinbagel #breakfast #breakfastideas
