This is 44! In my hotel bathroom light mirror with Alastin HydraTint Promineral Sunscreen & Restorative Eye Treatment, RevitaLash and Lancôme Definicils Mascara after curling my lashes and after an amazing GAIN AART Tour and GAIN Business Event in Chicago. My aesthetic journey started at 29 with neuromodulator treatment. I have tried a lot of different things over the years, but now what I stick to is biostimulators every 1.5-2 years, tweakments of HA fillers about every 6-12 months and tox roughly 2 times a year (gotta stay generic so I don’t get in trouble 😉) In addition to medical grade skincare and injectables, at 39 I added lasers, first for resurfacing then for tightening. I like cycling laser treatments once a year- resurfacing one year, tightening the next. I am certainly not opposed to surgery and anticipate getting an upper bleph at some point this decade once all the noninvasive stuff doesn’t cut it anymore. And finally this year I added Nutrafol to help with my thinning hair. I am not ashamed of using injectables and lasers to stay looking my best. I too need more than olive oil and a little tox🤭 Looking good helps me feel good and feeling good gives me confidence and confidence fuels my ability to do big things!
