Using a bar spoon, stir down you liquids until glass is cold. Top with more ice and top with soda water. Finish with garnishes. *Cranberry & Rosemary Syrup 2 cups frozen cranberries 1 cup caster sugar 11/2 cups water 8 long sprigs rosemary (just leaves) Place all ingredients in a low pan and bring to a high simmer. Once high simmer is reached let the syrup gently bubble away for 8-10 minutes, making sure you remove before your rosemary leaves start turning dark. When cranberries begin to soften, using a back of a spoon press down to release their juice. Pour into a container and store in a fridge overnight before straining. To strain, make sure you press down heavily in your sieve to release all your liquid, this will take some pressure and time.
