This lil series is really, really special to me. I wish more people understood that modeling doesn’t just offer some sort of inherent confidence. I absolutely LIVE for a full-beat glam look, but there are SO many days I’ve had those looks and shot, and not felt beautiful or confident. And then there are days like this, when I have had very little, and have actually felt confident, beautiful, and badass. Self-love and acceptance is a constant work in progress, and it’s OKAY and NORMAL for it to vary. The most important thing is to give yourself the love and patience you deserve when it does.
