There’s so many things I miss about my “normal” life. It’s been a very scary month and in the midst of such difficult times I just wish we could be there for each other and hold each other tighter. I miss the feeling of embracing my family and friends and feeling their warmth. Abuela lost her brother and sister in the same week due to Covid-19. My cousin lost her grandfather a few days later. Imagine having to mourn a loved one and watching your family cry on FaceTime ... How can this be real life? Sometimes I’m in shock by everything that’s happening and other times I just feel waves of sadness. Praying this all gets better. Sending you all love, strength and light.
