We are more than 2 weeks into Phase 2 Heightened Measures in Singapore which means no Dining-In and I am really missing this delicious cocktail created by the team in Republic Bar: VALENTINO RED Monkey 47 Gin Lychee Oolong Watermelon Riesling London Essence Peach & Jasmine Soda A unique highball style cocktail which has complex layers of flavours every time you take a sip. Interesting fruitiness of lychees and watermelon complemented with earthiness of the oolong tea and sweetness of riesling wine marrying well with Monkey 47 Gin and of course London Essence White Peach and Jasmine Soda. Republic Bar is one of the best Hotel Bars I have been to and it has this magic of me wanting to dress up when I go there for a drink so I am looking forward to the moment I walk into Republic Bar again in my dapper suit looking fabulous!
