Interested in participating in this year's Catrina/Catrin contest on October 30th at MOLAA's Dia De Los Muertos Festival? Check out some of our FAQ's below! When and Where: You can sign up to participate by heading to the MOLAA booth in the Viva Event Center. Registration takes place between 11 AM and 1:30 PM. Judging will take place at 2 PM on the main stage in the Sculpture Garden where all participants are required to meet by the stage at that time. Who: We have two divisions! Ages 12 and under can participate in our Kid's Catrina/Catrin Contest where 1 first-place winner will receive a Summer Camp 2023 Scholarship and a gift basket! 2nd and 3rd place winners will each win a DVD copy of the animated film The Book of Life! Ages 13 and up will participate in our Adult Catrina/Catrin Contest where they will have the chance to win the 1st place prize of $500 (Visa Gift Card), 2nd place can win $250 (Visa Gift Card) and 3rd place has the chance to win $100 gift certificate to Gladstone's Restaurant! #MOLAA #DiaDeLosMuertos #Catrina #Catrin #LongBeach #LosAngeles #DayOfTheDead
