Tomatoes are ripening in the garden and the grape harvest is approaching quickly. To prepare the winery for crush we’ve begun to bottle wines for the fall. The cellar is filling with bottles holding wines from both new parcels and those that have been slumbering in barrel for many years. 🍅🍇🍽 The next few months will be an incredible moment to dine at the farm. The garden is at its most abundant, we’ll be pouring a new set of six wines from what is our most dynamic release yet, and all of this will be happening in the charged atmosphere of harvest. 🌈🌸✨ we’ve just opened reservations for Lunches, Tastings and Dinners in the harvest season ( link in bio).
