'Tis the season for bliss! 🍂Make this healthy copycat of the cranberry bliss bar and skip the Starbucks drive-thru line. #cranberryblissbars #starbuckscopycatrecipe #holidaytiktok #starbies #foodtiktok #starbucksdupe #healthyalternatives By the way: freeze-dried cranberries have low sugar varieties, but you can also make your own if you have a dehydrator to cut more carbs! ❄ INGREDIENTS ❄ Bars: 1 c butter softened 1 1⁄2 c brown sweetener 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp orange extract 2 c almond flour 1⁄4 coconut flour 1⁄2 tsp ginger 1 tsp baking powder 1⁄2 tsp salt 1 c @ChocZero white chocolate chips 3⁄4 c dried cranberries Frosting: 8 ounces cream cheese, softened 1 c of our sugar free honey 1⁄2 tsp orange extract 1⁄2 tsp vanilla INSTRUCTIONS Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 9x13 square pan with parchment paper. Beat butter and sweetener until combined. Add in eggs, orange zest, and vanilla then mix. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl and add to wet ingredients. Stir in sugar free chocolate chips and the cranberries. Spread into the pan and bake 20 minutes until set. Allow bars to cool completely before frosting. Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Spread over the top of the bars. Sprinkle cranberries over the top then drizzle and add more chocolate chips if you want. Cut into 12 squares and then cut each square in half so you have 24 triangles. Each low carb bar has 6g net carb and 254 calories.
