Today, August 19, is Wendy’s Day, FiscalNote’s annual day of service. Held in honor of our former chief of staff Wendy Martinez, Wendy’s Day is a testament to Wendy’s life and our ongoing pledge to create community impact through service. 💜 Yesterday, FiscalNote’s Board.org teammates in Austin, Texas helped kick off Wendy's Day a day early with a group volunteer shift at Community First! Village, a 51-acre community that provides affordable, permanent housing and support for people transitioning from experiencing chronic homelessness.
