Cold plunge then post pic.
I try to plunge 3x a week.
This one was 34 degrees!
Right now I’m in my bulking phase, so no cardio for me.
Strength training 4 days/week
Intermittent fasting until 11 AM
Carbohydrate cycling
High carb (training day) - 3,500 cal, 180P/500C/85F
Low carb (off days) - 2,800 cal, 180P/300C/100C
Sitting at 175 lb and still pretty lean!
BTW 500 grams of (clean) carbs is crazy!
What’s even crazier? I ate 300 grams of carbs on my ‘low’ carb day 🤣
Setting new PRs, so it’s working!
