Strain so you don't have chunks in it. Stir into strained pumpkin water 1⁄8 cup or 6 teaspoons of raw organic sugar till dissolved. Best if allowed to sit in a jar in the refrigerator overnight, it mellows and the flavor develops. Pour 1⁄2 c of sweetened strained pumpkin cinnamon mixture over ice in 16oz glass with 1⁄2 the glass filled with ice. Top with chilled Topo Chico Sparkling Mineral Water Garnish with edible marigold petals & cinnamon stick, these give a wonderful sweet scent with the pumpkin as it is being sipped.
