With a globe in each hand, beginning at the base of the neck, use an upwards sweeping stroke to under the chin and then out under the jawline to the lobes. Then working inwards with the globes, bring them back above the jawline from the lobes to the chin. Then outwards again from the corners of your mouth up to the temples. 2. Now with a more gentle pressure, sweep the globes inwards from the outer corner of the eye, over the cheeks and orbital bone to the side of the bridge of the nose and then up to the centre of the forehead and out to the temples. 3.
