🍊 Orange Basil Smash 2 oz gin (or tequila!) 3/4 oz simple syrup 1/2 lemon, cut into wedges 1/4 orange, cut into wedges 12 basil leaves Muddle the citrus pieces with the basil leaves and the simple syrup. Really smash everything to a pulp. Add the gin and fill your shaker about 3/4 with ice. Shake, double strain, and pour into a rocks glass filled with ice.
