Hobo Pie Pizzas 🍕⛺️ Recipe: -Heat up your campfire pie irons for a few minutes to get them ready. -Assemble your pizza sandwiches by spreading pizza sauce onto one piece of bread (use sandwich bread, because they are usually squares like the pie irons) and then adding the following: Parmesan cheese Mozzarella or Wisconsin Brick cheese Pepperoni -Top with a blank piece of bread, then butter both sides of the pie irons, place the sandwich in and clamp it down. -Cook over direct heat for around 3 minutes per side (don’t let it burn). -After that, drop it onto the cutting board, let it cool (or don’t), and cut it how you like. -Enjoy! #pizza #cheesy #pizzalover #pepperoni #cheese
