You can make this at the beginning of the week and store it in a container to have a quick and healthy breakfast on hand!
Here’s what you’ll need:
▪️1.5 cups oats
▪️1/4 cup hemp seeds
▪️1/4 cup chia seeds
▪️3 tbsp pumpkin seeds
▪️1/3 cup almond butter
▪️1/4 cup date paste or maple syrup
▪️1 tsp cinnamon
▪️pinch of salt
▪️ @vedgenutrition vanilla ice cream protein shake for the ‘milk’ - code ✨VEGANBABE✨ to save!!
🥄 Mix together all of your ingredients then pop into a greased or lined baking tray - I used an 8x8
🔥 Bake at 350f for 20-25 minutes until golden. Let it cool completely if you want it to be nice and crunchy or eat right away with a protein shake for protein 💪
