A GLOWING SNACK WelleCommunity member, @TheFitFeast shares her Choc Collagen Quinoa Crisps recipe with the perfect amount of crunch ✨⁠ ⁠ MAKE WELLE: ⁠ ⁠ Dry Ingredients:⁠ 1 cup puffed quinoa ⁠ 1/4 cup cacao powder ⁠ 2 tbsp The Collagen Elixir⁠ ⁠ Wet Ingredients: ⁠ 1 cup tahini (or any nut butter)⁠ 1/4 cup maple syrup (do 1/3 if you like it sweet)⁠ 1 tsp vanilla extract ⁠ ⁠ Other Ingredients: ⁠ Dark chocolate block ⁠ 1 tbsp coconut oil ⁠ ⁠ Shaved coconut, to top ⁠ ⁠ METHOD: ⁠ 1. Add your dry ingredients in a bowl.⁠ 2. In a small saucepan over medium heat mix together your wet ingredients until smooth. ⁠ 3. Mix wet to dry and stir well. ⁠ 4. Pour into lined square tin (or loaf tin) and pop into freezer for 1 hour. ⁠ 5. Melt your dark chocolate & coconut oil together. Pour over bars, top with shaved coconut & pop back into freezer for another 30 mins. ⁠ 6. Cut into bars and enjoy!⁠ ⁠ Store in freezer.
