Coconut butter is good for your hair (leave on for a along as possible and maybe shampoo twice depending on how intensely you applied) It’s good for your face (again it depends on how much your skin likes it - test it first) - I put it on THICK before I shower and then a little bit after the shower. It’s great for elbows and hands and feet and stir fry’s. Do not get mixed up. Generally about £4 for 300ml. Go wild.
