Anyone getting random spikes of adrenaline every night at 7:30pm because your body thinks you’re supposed to be starting “Ex Wives”? Lol same. This new normal feels awkward and gross. And now I get why so many people advised me to SOAK IT IN pre-quarantine. So that seems to be the only plan of action now. To soak in and face the discomfort til it leaves us changed.
