Crushed with Citra, Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin hops and a hint of milk sugar.⁠ ⁠ DDH Cheddar Imperial India Pale Ale (7.9%)⁠ Just your usual dairy-free cheese-less beer with a blend of Citra, Ekuanot, Kohatu and Wai-iti on a base of 2-row, oats and wheat.⁠ ⁠ Space Broccoli Double IPA (7.9%)⁠ Our classic Broccoli recipe with Mosaic, Simcoe, Hallertau Blanc and then we swapped the Cascade for a ton of Galaxy. $20⁠ Green Flowers West Coast India Pale Ale (6.8%)⁠ Our West Coast IPA is brewed with a balanced bitterness and a blend of our favorite classic IPA hops and new school ones all grown in the Pacific NW. Brewed with 100% malted barley and hopped with Citra, Amarillo Cryo, Idaho 7, and Strata. Candied pineapple, sweet orange, tropical fruit, and some lemony, creamy notes from the Strata. ⁠ ⁠ More Citra Than All Citra Triple India Pale Ale (10.5%)⁠ The most Citra we do in one place. Anthony from Root + Branch found some time to come through and squeeze in this collab with us around getting his new brewery open in Long Island. Citra hot side including Citra T-90's and Incognito plus equal parts Citra, Riwaka and Motueka in the dry hop on our All —- Everything series malt base. ⁠ ⁠ DDH Green Diamonds Imperial India Pale Ale (8.5%)⁠ One of the Other Half Classics that started it all.
