Something that helps me eat more intuitively and feel good about it all is dropping labels of “good” or “bad” and just seeing food as food. Literally everything can be broken down into protein, carbs and fats and there are purposes for ALL of those for our bodies. So by starting every meal with what I’m craving and then balancing it out with those macronutrients, nothing really feels “off limits.” #healthylifestyle #balancedeating #fdoe #balancedlifestyle
